Trip of a lifetime!
From the very day I found out about Socorro, I said to myself, “One day I will dive there.” Now, nearly 8 years later, I finally realized that promise to myself!
I chose to dive with Nautilus Liveaboards, as their departure dates fitted in with my schedule and everything I had read about them screamed 6-star. Every review I read could not praise the staff and operation enough.
As an instructor myself who has dived some amazing places with amazing marine life, I can honestly say that the Revillagigedo Islands did not disappoint. In fact, I was literally blown away.
On most of the dives I had here, I saw at least 5 species of sharks (Silky, Galapagos, Hammerhead, Silver Tip, White Tip) and at least 1 Giant Manta Ray, if not 3. These most graceful creatures are AMAZING – an experience I will never forget.
Throughout the trip the staff were amazing, the boat was clean and tidy and the food was great! They all did an amazing job of making all the guests and trip as best as it could be. I will DEFINITELY return, one day!
