  • SOCORRO
    GIANT MANTAS
    • Socorro is all about Giant Mantas, not the number of manta but the amazing trust they have in us. If a manta looks yo in the eye and feels that she can trust you, the most amazing interspecies interaction often follows.
  • ULTIMATE
    WHALE SHARKS
    • The highlight of every trip is jumping in the water to swim and snorkel with the friendly whale sharks of Bahia de Los Angeles. On July trips, you can expect to swim with schooling mobula rays as well!
  • SEA OF CORTEZ
    AQUARIUM OF THE WORLD
    • Meet the playful sea lions of Los Islotes, surround yourself in a tornado of big eye jacks and schools of skipjacks. Lets not forget the huge pods of dolphins, turtles, mobulas, sperm whales, gobies, the hammerhead sharks around El Bajo & Los Animas, whales of all types of descriptions, shipwrecks and night dives. And if you’re lucky, giant mantas swimming around La Reina and orcas.
  • SAN IGNACIO
    GRAY WHALES
    • This is the most amazing and spectacular whale interaction with humans on the planet. Mamas will even push their babies up against our pangas to be stroked. Be ready to create a deeply personal connection that will stay with you for a lifetime.
  • BAJA
    ULTIMATE WHALES
    • Meet the most majestic whales on the planet: Gray whales, humpbacks, blue whales, fin-back whales and whale sharks. Lets not forget about the huge pods of dolphins. Imagine combining the amazing gray whale interaction at San Ignacio Lagoon into an 8 days / 7 nights adventure at sea with all these other animals of Baja and your own spotter plane to absolutely maximize your encounters.
  • AIRPLANE SUPPORTED
    MOBULAS & ORCAS
    • Where there are schooling mobulas there can be orcas and with the help of our spotter aircraft we achieved a 78% success rate with in-water encounters in 2022. We have also encountered blue whales, solitary pregnant whale sharks, huge pods of dolphins and lots of fin whales on previous trips.
  • MARLIN & BAIT BALLS
    MEXICO SARDINE RUN
    • During October to January, a magical event happens in the nutrient rich swirling blue waters off Magdalena Bay where striped marlin gather to hunt on the second largest sardine run in the world. This thrilling underwater action is spectacular. There is an excellent chance of also seeing California sea lions, dolphin, wahoo, pelicans, different species of gulls, boobie birds, frigate birds, shearwaters and even the awe inspiring albatross.

The diving sites are diverse and uniquely exceptional. The sharks and Mantas were at the majority of the sites and in abundance. Dolphins come very close to engage in some fun. I was taken aback by the Manta; had not realised they had self-awareness. That is a unique experience.

Exceeds all expectations – from the detailed, friendly service, to the outstanding food, and off the chart diving. Animals I’ve had close encounters with: Mantas, bottlenose dolphins, several schools of hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, and even a tiger shark. Dive team is incredible. A fantastic trip – thank you for making it so incredible.

Fantastic diving and accommodations. Two bucket-list diving items for me: Giant Mantas and schooling hammerheads. I can check those off my list now, along with playful dolphins, which I didn’t expect. The crew is amazing and obviously work so hard while making it seem effortless – they were always friendly and helpful and must enjoy their jobs.

The Captain and crew did their best to make my diving experience safe and enjoyable. After getting out of the water from an exciting dive, a hostess was waiting for us with either hot tea, hot chocolate and a towel to dry off. Dive Masters were great in explaining the dive site and taking us to areas that had lots of life. Food was also great. A very comfortable boat and lots of fire safety features and a night watchman while we slept.

And under the water it’s even more magisterial. Sharks, sharks, sharks and then mantas, mantas and more mantas. And just because everything can still be better, dolphins appear ….
A real festival for the eyes.
I recommend 100%! I am already in a hurry to go again and this time dive Guadalupe with the great whites.

It’s my 2nd trip to Socorro after 10 years. Happy to tell that fish life has come back. It’s a pleasure to see once in my 32 years diving career great improvement under the sea. I’m so happy to have seen lot of juvenile Silver Tipped Sharks and like 4 times more Mantas than in my first trip to the Islands. Certainly also the positive effect of the Islands being UNESCO World Heritage site since 2016.

From the moment we boarded and began our trip, we sensed a genuine caring and concern, not only for our safety but also for our overall happiness. It is only our second day of diving, with six more days to go ~ and I am already perfectly content having checked off my list of close encounters with mantas and so many playful dolphins ~ all within just a few feet of us!
