We Saw Whale Sharks at Roca Partida

The whale shark was gracefully swimming at 15 metres and curious of our presence. It was being accompanied by many black jacks. It hanged around us for about five minutes, giving us all the chance to enjoy it, film it and appreciate its behaviour. It was such a great experience.

Poseidon Has Been Kind to Us

What a magic trip onboard the Nautilus Explorer. Poseidon has been kind to us. Yesterday we saw a school of around 20 individual hammerheads, a gentle manta ray and if this was not enough we had the pleasure of a juvenile female whale shark at Roca Partida.

We’ve Had Some Fantastic Dives

Pelagic marine life use the island’s reef fish assemblage to clean themselves from parasites. I saw a manta being cleaned by several clarionfish. As many as seven mantas used the cleaning station where the UNESCO plaque is, so we stayed there and took some great shots.
