Yesterday we had an amazing day, we were sailing to las Animas looking for the whales and dolphins and 1 nm away from la Reyna we found the orcas, we spent a very nice time with them, the 1st jump from the skiff was the best for our guests because they were swimming directly to us, after the 3rd jump they started to go down and it was difficult to follow them again, our guests came to the boat with an amazing smile as well for many of the crew it was the 1st time that we could watch them.

Did Someone Say Orca?

Never seen an orca ever in my life, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Spotting them was a 50/50 chance during our 7-night and 8-day expedition. Knowing that going in, there was a possibility we might not see them and accepted that. I was really hoping that we were able to see them. Looking for them in such a vast open ocean can be looking for a needle in a haystack. I remained optimistic.
