We hit the water for the first dive and straight away we were surrounded by playful dolphins. My group began to cheer in delight and just a few moment later, the manta rays showed up and these animals just blew our minds.

Read MoreWe have seen a great abundance of manta rays at Cabo Pearce and The Boiler, having as many as five manta rays swimming with us at any one time. We see sharks everywhere, tuna, large schools of fish and even the tiny nudibranch.
