Read MoreFirst dive at The Boiler. We had very strong current from the south. Guests saw chevron Manta and Black Manta as well as a pod of Dolphins. Because of the current we decided to move to El Canyon where the guests could have a safer more enjoyable dive. On dive 2 at The Canyon we saw a black manta,chevron manta, a few hammerhead sharks, many Galapagos sharks, silvertips and white tip reef sharks. The guests are very happy to be back at the Canyon.

Clear skies, light breeze, air temperature 79F. The dives today have been loaded with action including a 18Feet whale shark. Guests are anxious and wanna go back in the water the soonest. The site has lots of sharks, the balconies are full of white tip sharks, the horse eyed jacks, cotton mouth jacks tunas and silver tip sharks, galapagos and silkies are around and the shark group saw a stripped marlin.

What an incredible beginning at Cabo Pearce for this Christmas day! First dive of the day guests have seen a couple of big black mantas almost all the dive, dolphins again, school of hammerheads, galapagos and a tiger of around 4 meters, yes , 4 meters! Divers returned to the boat excited and yelling manta! manta!!
If the first dive was great the second was epic!!! A school of around 60 hammerheads and mantas,black and chevron were around. DM said it was the biggest school of hammerheads that they have seen.
Definitely Cabo Pearce is one of our hot spots of this season!

Captain’s Noon Report – Belle Amie
Thinking how could it get any better, on dive 2 we have a school of over 50 hammerheads at the cleaning station that came in within 5 feet of guests. Apparently, hammerheads don’t know about social distancing.
