Some mantas were passing by the cleaning station, two chevrons and one black manta, silvertips and Galapagos too, but the best part of the dive was 25-30 school of hammerheads coming in and out from the cleaning station, all the guests could see them.

The divemasters were incredible as they could see what felt like miles past what everyone could see. They would point out to the blue and all the guests would look and think the divemasters were crazy. Low and behold, a hammerhead, manta, or some other beautiful pelagic would show up.

We dropped into the blue next to the boiler and our dolphin friends joined us for a dance. The humpback song became the background music of our dive filled with dancing dolphins and even a few mantas graced us with their presence.

That Happiness Is Contagious Underwater

That happiness is contagious underwater. I believe Revillagigedo is a good place to encounter pelagic animals for all types of divers not only super experienced ones. Conditions can play in favor of divers. In all the sites we can find protection from the topography and have nice and easy entries, you can encounter marine life not very deep and currents change a lot but you do not need to have OMG currents to see the big stuff!. Do not doubt about it. Come to the ocean paradise!!!

Captain’s Noon Reports – UnderSea – 2022-02-04

We arrived this morning at Punta Tosca and our first dive was a little bit slow, we only had one manta and one hammerhead. For the second dive action got much better, four chevrons and one black manta were playing around, two hammerheads. One group saw a tiger shark. There was a small current going to the west. We are having one more dive here and then move to the Navy base for a routine inspection.
