Roca Partida is a spectacle at the moment. The first dive gave us schooling Whitetips (50+ individuals), Silvertips, Galapagos and Scalloped Hammerhead Sharks.

Today I got the chance to witness two Bottlenose dolphins playing with an oceanic manta and some other divers saw a wall of hundreds of hammerhead sharks, just to make the day even more epic!

Throughout the last few days everyone on board has seen manta rays, schools of Hammerheads, Silky sharks, Galapagos sharks, silvertip sharks, tons of white tips and most have seen a tiger shark or two also!

I can’t believe the wildlife we saw: mantas on nearly every dive, hammerheads, schools of jack, and more whitetips than I know I’ll ever see again.

All groups enjoyed several mantas, a school of about fifty hammerheads came out of the blue into The Canyon, and as usual the cleaning station did not disappoint with a parade of mantas, dolphins, juvenile silvertips and Galapagos all at once.

We had Great Whites in Guadalupe, lots of California Sea Lions on the way down south, now Giant Mantas and Silky sharks and dolphins…all in one trip, and the best still lays ahead.

We started the trip at the Boiler and only in this one site we already saw a pod of 12 playful dolphins, chevron and black mantas, hammerhead shark, silky shark, Galapagos, tons of white tip sharks, a silver tip in the distance, and this is all just in one day!
