It is a beautiful day today, we started the first dive from the stern, 45 ft deep, a great start for the check dive, one manta and three hammerheads, some Galapagos close to Fondeadero. In this dive one black manta and one chevron manta appeared, a few Silvertips and Galapagos on the cleaning station, and one group could see a tiger shark.

We dive yesterday the last two dives in Roca Partida, in our third dive our guests could see a school of 40 hammerheads, one chevron manta and one mobula. The last dive had the same conditions with white tip sharks, a few silvertips, and some Galapagos.

We arrived at San Benedicto at 0030 last night, anchored near the Canyon, and did our first dive at manta rock and out to the canyon. Some hammerheads were around, as well as silver-tips, Galapagos, and a small pod of dolphins cruised by one group just at the end.

A Tiger Shark and more at The Canyon

We had a big tiger shark greet us as we were cruising along the lava flow, it was about 12-14ft long. I have never seen so many young silver tips, I counted 18 at one time, plus a dolphin, huge hammerheads and silkies! What a way to do a check out dive!
