Today we started out 1sr dive inside of the bay and then we moved to the finger, our divers could with mantas and the whales were here around we could listen to all the dives singing below the water but our scuba divers were able to see the whale! Read MoreThe divemasters did their best to stay protected from current and helped guests with their skills, the second dive had five different mantas, tons of silky sharks the reef white tip sharks, some Galapagos and silvertip sharks, a handful of tunas and wahoos, and a few hammerheads, diving is good, two dives in the pocket and two more to go.
Read MoreFor the next dive, we dove The Canyon, and it is amazing how different the same place is but in different areas. Our first group encountered a lot of hammerheads around 10 of them, a lot of Galapagos and Silvertips sharks, a huge manta was playing on the surface unfortunately just a few four our guests to see it, not much current and the sea is almost like a mirror.
Read MoreWe had our most insane surface interval today. A humpback whale calf was around the Nautilus Undersea. This little curious whale was swimming less than 5 meters away from the boat. Everyone had a chance to see him sneaking his eye to check us out! January to April is our whale season in Revillagigedo and we are having the best of it!
Read MoreThe two dives we made were good, lots of action in Roca Partida today, there were all kinds of fish, mantas and sharks, loads of Galapagos and Silvertips in the north corner, balconies packed with reef white tips, there are lobster the size of some of the white tips sharks, these lobster grow huge here. The south side of Roca had three mantas, they saw tons and tons of horse-eyed jacks, cottonmouth jacks, some wahoos and even when we did not see it underwater the humpback whales are around, a couple of times they came really close to the boat. Guests are loving it.
Read MoreMantas are around but they are not playing, one group saw a group of at least 20 Galapagos sharks down deep, a few hammerheads, and a big turtle. As I write there is a group of guests debating to see if what they saw was a huge galapagos or a medium size tiger shark.
