On the last day of diving at Roca Partida we had pretty much everything; lots of sharks, mantas, tunas schooling, dolphins, and a massive whale shark that just kept doing loops around the rock (we got to see it on three dives!).

Read MoreAs we were leaving the deeper water, coming out of the Boiler, I had just sent up my SMB when a huge sailfish came straight up from the deep, preparing to go for the SMB!! So cool, and such a surprise! It took a couple turns around the floating SMB with its sail out and then took off. IT WAS SO BIG! Not long after we had a fat, good-sized Tiger shark checking us out. She was in no rush but kept a bit off in the distance.
Read MoreOn our second dive something that I will never forget happened: as soon as we dropped down we went through one of the arches, and just as we were coming out, all the dolphins, mantas and a curious hammerhead shark came by to see what was going on, all at the same time! It was EPIC!

Read MoreWe had a big tiger shark greet us as we were cruising along the lava flow, it was about 12-14ft long. I have never seen so many young silver tips, I counted 18 at one time, plus a dolphin, huge hammerheads and silkies! What a way to do a check out dive!
Read MoreAfter a relatively calm navigation, we arrived at San Benedicto not knowing what to expect given the two hurricanes that hit the islands in two weeks. But everything was there just as we left it: a playful pod of dolphins, four mantas, some isolated hammerheads and Galapagos sharks to make a great start in Revillagigedo!
Read MoreThe Boiler is still great for manta diving. Every dive had 2 black mantas, 1-2 chevron oceanic mantas. Jacks still have great formations and lots of lobsters, big moray and angelfish.
