bout 7 am, after checking weights they went down. Leather Bass Alley was really good, loads of fish some say they saw seven different mantas, a big tiger shark came along, several white tip sharks and few silky sharks.

Schooling hammerheads at Punta Tosca, a Tiger shark at Roca O’Neal, 8 Giant Mantas in one dive at the Boiler and an awesome surprise at Roca Partida when a pod of about 60 False Killer Whales swam by the Explorer.

So, this was my first liveaboard experience. WOW! It doesn’t get any better than this! The diving was unbelievable! Mantas galore and I swear they mimic the divers.

As we were getting ready in the full moon, the lunar eclipse started to form and by the time we got dry with all the guests enjoying hot chocolate and Baileys, it was nearly complete. What a sight!! It seemed like the sharks noticed it too.

El Canyon was incredible with the diversity including a school of hammerheads, a few juvenile silvertips, a couple of really big Galapagos sharks, some juvenile Dusky sharks, a few chevron mantas and 2 amazing tiger sharks.
